PROJECT
Lockheed Martin’s search for the brightest minds in electrical engineering is coming to Lockheed Martin's internal event.
All engineers were able to take a special test to show electrical engineering skills to the test with the LaunchPad, which should be designed.
During the event, all participants could take their first step toward the job of a lifetime.
PERFECT CANDIDATE
Based on the data gathered from user research and stakeholder interviews, we created Jane Smith.
Throughout the entire product development process, we took into consideration Jane's needs, wants, and emotions.
STORYBOARD
After creating a persona to represent our user, we began to take a closer look at the goals, pain points, and habits of our user.
We created a storyboard to outline Jane's journey to pass the interview for Lockheed Martin.
MID-FIDELITY WIREFRAMES
After determining the direction we wanted to go with the redesign, we started refining our paper prototypes on Figma so we could begin user testing.

CONCLUSION
The clean design of the application helped Lockheed Martin conduct interviews to find the right candidate for the engineer position for the company.
To drive awareness and traffic to the LaunchPad at Lockheed Martin Days, marketing assets were created and placed around campus and used in various media leading up to the event.
